A's and Rangers to Win divison at +110 (Great Value?)

Question

I always like to make bets where there is great value for divisional betting and this seems too good to pass up, I would be making two sepereate bets and at +200 for Rangers and +600 A's, where it basically is +110 if either wins.

I know Angels have a great team but have had stacked teams for the last several years and they even missed out on the playoffs each of those years. I went very big on Texas last year and hedged with A's when they were close but I think I'll play it safe and just make a decent play on both the Rangers/A's

Any advice is appreciated

Also forgot to mention that Weaver is out for a month and he has always been their best pitcher, and they will definitely miss him plus I could see those odds droping to +250 and +400 soon which wouldn't be worth it then
