Tuesday 2-2-1 (-.3 units): Feel a bit snake bitten yesterday as the brew crew TT pushing prevented a positive day. I know a push is a win, but when u got the push locked up in the third inning and you can't get that 1 more run for the w, you feel a bit robbed haha.
Kudos to those who took the great value in the O's, I liked em too but went with the under instead and we know how that turned out. Anyways on Wednesday and its full slate, I'm pinning down 3 plays...
Phillies ML (+114) 1 unit: I am curious to see if the 2012 surprise success out of the blue from Maholm was a fluke or if he can continue his dominate ways in 2013. I am gonna make him beat me in his opening start against a proven stud in Halladay. In what should be a good game, ill take the better pitcher (yes in the present not just the present, look for the Phillies to force the rubber match following a Wednesday hard fought Win. Prediction 4-3
Tigers RL (+110) 1 unit: Sanchez was pretty solid last season and I'm sure he is enjoying his stay with the tigers compared to the awfulness that is the Miami marlins. The righty is reliable and I firmly believe will have a great 2013 campaign. Meanwhile the Twins will be countering with Kevin Correia. The banged up Twinkies have a long season ahead of themselves and not having their only legit starter in Scott Diamond will make it very tough for them to be successful. The bullpen was atrocious last year and they haven't done a whole lot to shore it up. The Tigers offense was held relatively in check in the 4-2 season opener. Now that the opening day hype is gone, I think we will see a free swinging tigers team that will roll in this one. Prediction 7-3
Brewers/Rockies O8.5 (-125) 1 unit: This will be the 3rd straight game that I will play the over between these two. Both clubs are known for great offenses, and sub par pitching. These 2 ball clubs will be playing in a lot of high scoring games this year and I don't see any reason that it changes for the final game of this 3 game set. Prediction 6-5
Best of luck to everyone today, just got home from a mini vacation in LA. Looking forward to getting to being able to start diagnosing upcoming games even more and get that cash flow rolling this season.
