The ways to get out of it are if a doctor says he his physically unable to compete and is out for an entire season (something that Cashman has said is a possiblity albeit unlikely). Or...if this becomes a law issue where buying whatever he got from this clinic is illegal.

Its going to be a battle of the lawyers, I think the Yankees will find a way to get out of the biggest doping scam in the history of sports, yes even bigger than Lance 

And I will enjoy how this soap opera plays out
