#1 Posted: 6/24/2012 10:52:19 PM This stuck out to me. I know the Twins have been playing better ball lately, but this line looks a little low. Liriano has had a couple of nice starts lately, but that was against Pitt, KC, and Oakland.
This line will defintely be -135 by game time.
Am I missing something? |

#2 Posted: 6/24/2012 10:53:29 PM Oh yeah, Peavy has a career 3.62 ERA against Minny, and a 1.72 ERA away this year. He's given up 6 earned runs in his last 4 starts. |

You do the math...
Not saying the Sox don't win, but how much chalk should they be laying on the road? They havent been hitting garbage lately btw |

#13 Posted: 6/24/2012 11:17:56 PM Peavy will be sailing along and then in the 4th inning he will load the bases and give up 6 runs. This garbage happens to this guy every few games. Its like clockwork.

#14 Posted: 6/24/2012 11:23:27 PM A trend I found of intrest is the White Sox are 1-7 in their last 8 after a win, they haven't been able to string together a couple of wins the last little while. |

#16 Posted: 6/24/2012 11:24:30 PM Was expecting a line in the -110 to -120 range and that's exactly where it is.
Zero chance this one gets up to -135. |

I would go off of this year more than any other year. If you want to count on 2002, then go ahead. |

#19 Posted: 6/24/2012 11:26:32 PM I think the White Sox will win too. Youkilis is a huge upgrade on Orlando Hudson. It was mind boggling to have a 3rd baseman bat 9th. Send O-dog to the pound. Youkilis is 4-14 with 1 homer versus Liriano. I wonder if he makes the line up?

This is how you ended your first post in the thread...
"
Am I missing something?"
People are giving you opinions and you are brushing them off. Why even start the thread then???
If you think past years dont matter so be it. I will tell you this that the Sox have had a losing record against Minn for about 10 years in a row im guessing. And, when I say losing record, its a losing record. I dont care to look it up, because obviously you dont care, but for about 3-4 years straight we probably lost 15 out of 20 games to them every year
Dont start a thread and ask am i missing something, if everytime someone posts a comment you blow it off
Im guessing I know much more about this White Sox team and the Sox/Twin results than you do seeing you posted they are 2-1 against them this year
With all the games going on tomorrow..I see no reason what so ever to make a wager on this game, let alone the Sox |

Give you attitude? Your first post was "White Sox can't beat Minny". Is that not attitude?
You are basing your logic off of past years, where Minnesota was actually a better team then Chicago most years. Minnesota was actually competing for the division more years than not. This isn't the Minnesota teams of the past.
If you want to get butt hurt because I disagree with your opinion, then go ahead and do so. I basically stated that years past mean nothing to me, and well that hurt your feelings.
Good day sir. Make all the you want. |

Maximum I could see is -120... I actually think it will settle around -115 at the time of first pitch. |
