#3 Posted: 6/21/2012 2:16:18 AM A lot of people will back Lohse, and his current record, in the NL. It's going to be a different, and hurtful experience for him tomorrow |

#5 Posted: 6/21/2012 2:26:07 AM BOL Balboa - I'm on the Cards, myself. This rookie is going to be a stud for the Tigers but he allows far too many walks for my fancy. Might play the Over!

#7 Posted: 6/21/2012 2:29:39 AM 6-2 Kyle Lohse with a 2.98 ERA throws next from the mound for St. Louis who has won five of his eight road appearances this season. On May 4 the 28-41 Houston Astros became the first and only ones to date beat Lohse at their home ballpark 5-4 thanks to squeezing in five runs, three earned, during five innings. Previously at the 38-29 Cincinnati Reds, 33-34 Miami Marlins and 35-31 Pittsburgh Pirates Lohse let in three runs during 20.1 innings.
Lohse has gone seven plus innings his last two outings, but his seven previous starts didn't see him get out of the sixth inning. The Cardinals went 3-4 in that span including 1-3 in away games with Lohse tossing from the hill.
The Tigers are 25-for-88 with 15 RBIs, six from Victor Martinez, versus Lohse. Detroit goes with Jacob Turner in Game Three. Turner, 0-1 with a 8.53 ERA in 2011, hasn't hurled this year. All three of Turner's starts last season were losses and all came at home. Although it's a new year I think we have the same outcome as Turner won't go very long and won't be too effective while on the mound (allowed 13 runs, 12 earned, during 12.2 innings a season ago).

#8 Posted: 6/21/2012 2:32:08 AM Warning: Jacob Turner has got some nasty stuff. Seems like a terrible value at +105, but things are never as they seem in betting..
