Will Casey Kotchman hit a home-run vs. Bruce Chen and the Royals. Kotchman is 0-4 lifetime against Chen with two groundouts, a strikeout and a lineout. Furthermore he is batting a measly .219 on the season with only 3 HR. You are giving up -550 in juice, but I always play these props and apart from losing on Ortiz's 7th inning home run last night which I should never have played at -900 (thought Verlander would be on point and Ortiz wouldn't be mashing), I'm a cool 20-2 on these props. I laid 550 on Adrian Beltre to go homerless last night and he almost hit one in the bottom of the 8th but settled with a double and I won my bet. This is too incredibly little juice to pass up on Kotchman hitting a HR in cavernous Cleveland and Chen has been only allowing .9 HR / 9 IP this season. All signs point to a homerless game from Kotchman, I'm laying 550 to win 100. These are the best props because while you give up a lot of juice, you can do awesome research and sites like baseball cube and baseball reference help give you the edge in capping. Kotchman should be around -1200 but at -550 is a steal.
