Kenny Williams knows how to get 'em overpriced alright... Rios, Dunn, Peavy - a REAL eye for talent there

You say to people "forget playing at this level of baseball"

That's how you stimulate a change in form.

JP Ricciardi was lambasted in the media when he was bold enough to assert that he wasn't interested in signing Dunn (pre-Nats) because in his view Dunn lacked a sense of purpose/mission and enjoyment of the game... that's when Dunn was still with the Reds.  I remember being a bit surprised Ricciardi was so bold... seeing Dunn's decline I wonder how much truth there was in the old GM's words and opinion... maybe he's just collecting a check in Chitown

Ozzie feels a man must bat under .100 for an entire season before getting an accurate reading.

And btw to all the people that are talking about why is there a Adam Dunn thread every night.... I simply made it because 1st inning he had the EASIEST ground ball to catch and it simply went under his glove and he looks back like WOAH did that just happen? Next play the guy triples or doubles I believe and gets that run in.

Might be time to put the spotlight on Jason Werth, this Adam Dunn stuff is getting old.
