Im going to start posting picks with write ups regularly starting tonight. I bet daily and often do very well, I don't usually post picks much, but when I do I put extra research into them as to not give out bad picks, I hope by me posting picks it will help me and others as well. Here we go.

Pick: Detroit -165 495/300

Wade Davis has struggled with command at times this season, and has given up at least 3 walks in each of his last 5 starts. Combined that with Scott Holbrook behind the plate, who in an "over" ump, I see him getting frustrated tonight and making mistakes with this Detroit lineup. Oh, and Verlander at home doesn't hurt either.

Pick #2: Braves/Pirates UNDER 7.5 (-120) 360/300

Jurrjens has not given up more than 2 earned runs in any of his starts this season, and Morton has only given up more than 2 just twice in 8 starts.

The Braves are without Uggla or Heyward in the starting lineup, and both teams have been struggling to score runs as of late. The braves average against a righty is worse on the road, and the Pirates average against a righty is worse at home. Just dont see this being a high scoring game.
