I really like the Braves too! Im considering betting them on the Runline. I figure it will be a 5-2 or 6-3 game!

I have to agree.  Hudson is having a great year and the play is either Atlanta or nothing here.

Will be interesting to see if yesterday's hitting carriers over for the Braves into a hitter's ballpark.

Juice seems a little low with the way Hudson has been producing.

Your kidding right?  Hudson's last start in Colorado was 2006.

Does that even seem relevant to 2010?

Lets talk about the here and now.

Hudson pitched 19 scoreless innings before he gave up 2 runs in 7 innings against Washington last Wednesday.

Hudson is 5-0 in his last 6 starts with an 0.82 ERA.

Yep.  Mentioned the same in my original thought.  Not sure why the juice is that low with the way he has been pitching lately other than factoring in his only 2 starts at Coors Field, both losses, in which he gave up 13 runs & 7 walks over 9 innings.

Of course that was 4 years ago so not seeing the relevance here, other than maybe the high altitude affects his pitches.

You gotta like Hud's chances tonight with the Humidor in play.  He's a ground ball pitcher and that is what it takes to win at Coors.  Agree that its Atl or nothing. 

We have a cool front moving in today with some wind and a chance of rain.  Nothing to call the game for but could make it interesting. FWIW

ok guys i hear vegas calling and they are pumped about this forum cause it will be a cold day in hell or a hot day in colorado before the Braves win this game........why u think the juice is dropping? oh yeah prolly cause vegas is licking their chops hoping everybody jumps on the hudson bandwagon!! Colorado ml and rl is a lock!!!

One thing is for certain.

This is the cheapest price you'll ever get Hudson for the rest of the season by far.

Hammels pitches well at home but imho Hudson>Hames + atl bullpen>col bullpen.

Doesn't mean Braves will win but it's tough not to back Hudson when you can get that kind of price.
