Mark Teixeira is absolutely worthless!!!!!

My grandma could bat better than him! Look at his batting average! .117!! A fucking measly 7 hits out of 60! And he also has 16 strikeouts already!

For a player that is paid 180 million over 8 years, he is really a piece of garbage. This guy is just playing for money, he has no passion for the game at all. If he has, he would have signed with the Orioles when he had the chance.

Tell me, just what good is this guy? He did nothing at all in the postseason last season except for the walk off home run vs Minnesota. He should be stripped of his ring.

Even if he starts taking hormones and steroids, I am sure he is still going to bat .111. Nothing can save this guy. Worst Yankee player EVER. Can't wait for when the Yankees visit Baltimore. The fans there should throw monopoly money at his direction again. That would be priceless.

It only matters if your wasting your money betting on the Yankees.

Tex does this yearly...

April/May are great times to fade them. Plenty of time to catch up later in the season.

Boy boy boy... Mark was 1 for  5 today with a double that was really pointless since Yanks were already up big when he hit that. When will I see a multi-hit game from him? In all Yankees' game this season, he only has 1 multi-hit game, the rest have either been goose eggs or a single hit.

  Wait  a minute....  Did you ever think Mark Tiex had  a  good april? if you did-shame on you>  did you see what mark did last year from june- sept( forget the playoffs) he has his ring! funny thing is this ( worst yankee player ever) he played 1 year so far-and ever? really ? let the balt fans throw monopoly money at him again-  he should laugh his ass off at that_ what good is this  guy? mmmm,.he is the best defensive firstbasemen in the league-swirtch hitter- 100 rbi-30 hrs.  above .300 av.

timdogs17, how did you insert a print screen? Anyway, I'd have nothing against Mark if he wasn't paid 180 million! For a price tag like that, he should at least be consistent. I know he is human and will have off days every now and then. But look at his stats thus far! 8 out of 65 hits!! He only has one good game in 17 games. The rest has been off days! Come on man.

Why haven't Yankees' fans boo Mark yet? Troy Glaus has a .167 batting average thus far and he's already booed.

Hey Willy....Mark T has been great from  his days as HS legend in Baltimore,to his days at GT..to his time in the majors...1 month of bad #'s won't keep him from having a great year again.....275...30 HR's 120 RBI's...don't hate him 4 the $$$ he makes..he's also a gold glove man...Come On man.....

He went 0 for 2 yesterday with 2 pointless walks that did not lead to anything. Is there a book that offers the number of hits Mark will make each game? 'Cause I definitely would have make a ton of units hitting the under.
