Nope... hardcore Twins fan but you guys are looking good!  I would love to see a 1987 World Series rematch!  I think we would get blown out of the water but it would be fun none the less!

Yeah as a Twins fan you got to love the M & M boys (Mauer and Moreanu) but we need to shore up our middle infield (Punto and Castia just ain't doing it... Brenden Harris isn't that bad though, and Crede needs to get back on steriod and stay healthy... LOL).  We also need to shore up our bullpen.

STL with their moves looks deadly.  They were always good now all I can say is WOW!  BOL!

whats crazy is even though they just won a world series a couple years back... i cant think of another time ive been this excited about cardinals baseball

Enjoy it while it lasts. You needed to bring in practically a new team to compete with an under-achieving Cubs squad. sad.

How old are you Iw1nBets?  I am 32 and I can remember when Cards were just as amazing as they are now.  They played differently of course but amazing none the less.  Then of course there is the golden years with Stan the Man, Gibson and the like.  That being said, I would agree it has to be great being a Cards fan right now.  I will be rooting for you out of the National League.  BOL!

im 27 sir...the only time i thought this team had as much talent as it does right now is when it had rolen edmonds pujols and renteria

i am a cards fan now after they cashed L2 nights... i will be a hardcore fan if they get the sweep!!

It is a mixed bag.  I cannot wait for outside baseball.  Day game baseball in the sun.  That being said, the Twins have a real advantage in the metrodome.  They are the best of beating the ball off the hard turf and getting infield singles.  They are the best of hitting the ball into the white dome surfaces (especially in days games when the sun makes it blend in more).  They are the best at cutting the corners on the bags and using the fast turf to their benefit.  They probably win five or so games a year because road teams have a hard time adjusting to this metrodome and one critical mistake is made on their part.  Those five games can and have decided who wins the division.

So in summary I am really torn.  BOL!

Remember BOS had the same claim to fame and has won what two World Series championship since.  They just need to get their first and the billy goat curse will be lifted!
