I'm asking.
Is it over? Do the Phils finally hit a HR w/ runnerS on base?
Do the Dodgers "good fielders" get a clutch hit or two?
Does Manny break thru on Myers?
Or does this become a daygame hit parade? Or yet another tight knuckler game?
Billingsly is not Derek Lowe, who pitched great, were it not for FURCVAL--not sure he's ready for playoff baseball--he looked awful at the plate.
Jeff Kent looked like he crawled out of bed for his KO vs Hamels.
But did like the gutsy 2-0 lead (which helped nme cash in on LAD 1st H +0.5 -130)
I can't get OVER out of my mind.
Myers was a lame ass in the 1st inn vs MIL (vs Sabathia) and should have been blown out. Like a big leaguer, he settled down, but made poor decisions early.
It has to happen early, as bullpens are good, so we need both teams to get going early, esp the Dodgers. I like 1st inn runs, and like LAD 1st H again.
OVER OVER OVER.....8.5 runs=too measley, too cheap.
