Lackey is going to pitch his best game of the season tonight..Lester is a great pitcher but will get rattled early..
 
I see good things tonight Halo backers, hey and there are others of you out there that like me are getting a funny feeling that the WS will go to one LA team or the other.

He's pitched a World Series game 4 and won a Championship.  He's battled a life-threatening cancer attack.  I don't think he's about to "get rattled early".  If the Red Sox lose tonight, it won't be because of Lester.

well my good man, though i may not agree with what you say, i will defend to the death your right to say it!

this should be a great game though.  Lester has done me well this year, can't go against him now. bol to you tonight.

I will be shocked if either team from LA is in the world series. But if So Cal is represented, it will be from the Dodgers.

As I've stated the team who gets the most hits will win the game. Sure the starting pitchers are solid but bullpens are not and in todays game bullpens blow games.

Gator, let me guess...Tampa Bay will sweep the Sox in 4 games?  Your choice...Rays Starting pitchers or the Red Sox?  Your choice Rays in the field or Red Sox?  Tampa Bay is swing the bats a bit better but that is the only advantage they have.
 
You can discount the regular season at this point (notice I did not say throw out) but, the Red Sox will not go easy against the Rays....this is a 6 or 7 game series hands down.  My prediction ...Red Sox in 7 games.  Red Sox  / Dodgers World series.
