$100 Angels +108I'm under no illusion that this game is cut-n-dried but since I've been saying that Sonnanstine is a closet losing pitcher, schmuck's been winning ||an_roll_laugh.gif' border=0> No pitcher deserves to have a 12-6 record when he's given up 167 hits in 147 innings, have a 4.35 ERA, a 1.33 WHIP and .290 BAA. Today, he'll be tested so I'll go that far and leave it at that. Angels didn't score much in the Indians series but I'm not surprised about that at all. It was a risky proposition, that series. I mean their first series on the road since the 3rd of August. Let's just say they were a bit rusty but Angels are a championship-caliber team. They should be alright now. Rays, on the other hand, are back home after their longest road stretch of the season. Personal matters is one concern for me with these guys. Another is the bullpen. With Percival in the DL, I'm suddenly not trusting the 5.57 ERA I'm seeing in their last 3 games. If there is one team Garland loves pitching to (besides the Jays), it's the Rays. I really think the Angels are the better of the two teams right now.
