Are the bruins in trouble?

Here are the reasons:1. They looked so flat and tired in that 3rd period, Leafs were skating around them with ease. The older exhausted team playing on back to back nights....2. All the pressure is on the "Big Bad Bruins", they were up 3 - 1 in this series and are the experienced team that there are great expectations of. The leafs have exceeded expectations pushing this to 7 and are going to be a confident/loose group to deal with.3. Reimer. Has he gotten into the heads of the Bruins? Has made some great saves in the past 2 games and even tonight I noticed that the Bruins are trying to go for the perfect shot at times, squeezing the stick too hard and they are missing the net...It will be interesting to see what the line for this game will be, Leafs are playing really well and they are younger/more confident group here....I will be shocked if the Bruins are as heavily favoured as previous home games, they opened as 1.45 (decimal odds) in my book last time, I expecting a bit of an adjustment here by Vegas.

I think all of the pressure is on the bruins now. They definitely look tired and &quot;gotten to&quot; by the leafs. Jagr was getting massages on the bench haha. I like the leafs to win.

Agreed.Bruins haven&#x27;t been solid as a team either, their passes aren&#x27;t crisp and there is no real intent to their offense. The Leafs have caught on to their pinball game where they keep shooting from the points....Rask has been amazing though, he is still keeping them in the games.

Jake Gardiner reminds me of Niedermayer so much, a smooth skater who has patience with the puck, takes appropriate risks and has a high IQ of the game at a young age. Bright future ahead...

This is not groundbreaking analysis, but the first goal tonight will be enormous. If the Leafs jump on top, Boston thinks 'here we go again' and their anuses pucker up. But if the B's get on top early, they can at least breathe a little bit and just skate, while allowing the home crowd to carry them.

I should add that I&#x27;m a Bruins fan, and I&#x27;m very, very nervous about this game. It feels EXACTLY like 2010 all over again, when we blew a 3-0 series lead to the Flyers. When things begin snowballing in the wrong direction, it&#x27;s very difficult for this bunch to right the ship.Claude is stubborn to a fault. If his lines aren&#x27;t doing anything, they never get shaken up. They never see reduced minutes. He&#x27;s reluctant to try new combinations. The Leafs are a solid club, don&#x27;t get me wrong. But the B&#x27;s are a deeper club. I feel like coaching is making all the difference. The defensive tone is killing them right now.

The Bruins stink. They&#x27;re an old, slow team. If they&#x27;re lucky enough to win tonight, they&#x27;ll get waxed by whatever team they play in the next round. This team is tough to watch. They might be the slowest team that made the playoffs. They have no imagination on offense and can&#x27;t make two consecutive passes without turning the puck over. Toronto is just a better team.

I think you missed my point. They basically opened at home at almost exactly the price which they were favored by on the road last night. People are losing faith in the Bruins, and I can&#x27;t blame them.Although I see the line has steamed a bit to -175 at SB.Just this once, please let the gamblers be right!

I don&#x27;t think that&#x27;s a big deal nor a built-in excuse should they lose. They had to fly home some time. Instead of flying in the middle of the night, they spent the evening at the Four Seasons hotel in Toronto and flew back last this morning. They should be sufficiently rested.

By 1.50 I meant decimal odds, so -200, they opened last time at home as -210 in my book. They line moved to -180 in my book now, so money is coming on the leafs or vegas thinks Leafs have better a chance for their own reasons....so they did make a small adjustment regardless.

Dont worry man, your Bs are at home and they are so much more experienced than the Leafs, which is key in game 7s (esp since they love playing game 7s so much). They just need to borrow some heart from the Celtics, and they have a pretty good shot at this.
