Fellow degenerates the first week of the season has come and gone, and hopefully you were able to walk away with + UNITS.

The mini-preseason regular season action provided excellent value on the PUCKLINE(4-2) +9.7 UNITS. To start the season I FADED PHILLY two straight games with Pittsburgh and Buffalo on back-to-back nights. I continued to FADE PHILLY by taking the NYR (3WAY) on Thursday night but the BlueShirts weren’t able to execute against an otherwise VERY SHADY PHILLY team who without Ogie Oglethorpe are going to be hurting even more.

My two losses on the PUCKLINE in my mind were kind of shady but “the grade is what the grade is”, TB going into Long Island and having their butts handed to them on Vinny’s 1000^th game. ***slapping head should’ve had a V8**** Although, they made a wicked comeback in the 3^rd with 3 goals it fell long short of a (3WAY) win. The other was the Penguins and them taking a medical day off against the Leafs, this attitude they are playing with is hard to comprehend and digest. They come out banging and executing their gameplan, but as soon as they take a penalty they lose their composure and they collapse faster than a deck of cards. VERY VOLATILE team.

The MONEYLINE +6.76 UNITS I have been playing both SU(9-5) and the 3WAY(2-3), I think it goes without saying that there is much better value to be had in the 3WAY but it is risky as the stake is graded after the first 60minutes. No complaints on any of the graded games, although the KINGS/OILERS game was pretty wacky with all of the penalties and insane finish. WHAT DID QUICK SAY so calmly that the REF actually listened to him?

I haven’t played much attention to TOTALS(0-1) this week -2 UNITS, believe it or not even I don’t understand why I would take the OVER in the PHI/NJ game. I know (like most of you do) that I missed some pretty easy overs in situations such as OTT/TB last night.

Overall it was a good week up +16.46 UNITS looking to keep it rolling…
