sweds, russia, usa

canada won't be able to keep up with any of these speeds.
dont let the lines fool you. goal tending will be an issue all tournament.

One of the rare times Canada gets to send it's full team, as in all it's top players to the tournament. Canada is the country that gets hit hardest by many of it' top players always having to stay in the NHL because their young players are so advanced at an early age that their NHL teams can't afford to let them go to the tournament. Canada is usually playing with half of the team that it would if it's players were as slowly developed as those from other countries.

Go back and take a look at what happened in this tourney the last time there was no NHL to hold any of these players back.

There is where you will most likely find your answer as to what will happen in this tournament with all juniors available to all the countries.

Canadas biggest issue will be their goaltending and there ability to stay out of the box. my prediction: Russia Gold, Canada Silver, Sweden Bronze.

I know pre-tournament games do not mean much...but, I think Canada will have trouble scoring....I'm sure they will get better as the tournament goes on...just don't have the confidence in this team.

Gold: Sweden
Silver: Russia
Bronze: Finland
