But if he guided/pushed him into the goalie post it is a suspension, so same rules don't apply everywhere on the ice. You should always know where you are and what's around you, guy's have do have a clear path in the NHL if they don't have the puck. Plus at impact Chara's hand was on the guy's head in the turnbuckle. It may not be intent to injure, but its a borderline play that should be suspendable. But this is the NHL so it won't they like having players get injured.

But if he guided/pushed him into the goalie post it is a suspension, so same rules don't apply everywhere on the ice.
