Nothing against Van as they are shredding the NHL with there rolling 4 lines but taking the blues tonight for the upset....why cause its hockey and van is on the first b2b gm with Division rival tomorrow...

IMO Blues will be hungry for a win tonight...

I would wait a few hours to place the bet as the line is probably going to be better

I see the canucks taking it easy for tomorrow's gm, hope Halak is the winner in net tonight! Hoping either Van's goalie sh*ts the bed......Blues should be hungry for this one...

Got a feeling you might not get a much better line than +125 on STL but that's just my opinion, if you do that's great!

I would be shocked if he shutout Vancouver, but as Sosana said, it's Hockey !! You just never know. I hope St Louis wins 5-4 for you...............

I can live with that....wish I had the gusto to make it a bigger play but standard play for me...

It was a joke about the shutout, very tough against an offensive  juggernaut like the Nucks. But i really like the Blues in this one. They're the last team who beated Bobby Lu in regulation, I think the time is right to end that streak.

The Blues beat them in Van earlier this year, and they play a more physical game. I like the Blues also in a low scoring game. Good luck bro! Also on Calgary with you. What do you think about Pheonix?

That's just crazy. 

Halak and STL defense are not playing great.  Halak has 4 games since jan 1 with a save % over .900.  That's 9 games with save % around .850.  So if Van gets 30 shots on net which happens over 90% of the time then they will score 4.
The only games Halak has a good save % against recently is @ Florida, B2B LA and NYR all of which are uber defensive teams.  3 of those 4 are also their only wins recently.

Van PP on fire, StL Pk not so good. 

I don't know why people think that players can get hungrier for a win and will play harder one night versus another.

That's a gutsy play. And I definitely couldn't predict a shutout coming. 

- Halak has been roughed up in 5 of his last 6
- Though they boast a good home record for the season, the Blues are 2-5 in their last 5 home games
- Vancouver has scored fewer than 3 goals in 2 of their last 10
- Blues have scored more than 2 in only 5 of their last 10. 
- They've allowed 3.9 goals per game in their last 10 games

Like an earlier poster said, anything can happen. But there certainly don't seem to be many signs to support a Blues win.

I've watched approx the past 5 games for each of these teams and I don't know how anyone could wager on the blues against the canucks rights now.  Van is impressive and StL has not impressed.

PHX is off and on for me....I bet for em they loose and I bet against them they win..............but I would go with Caps...so in that case bet on the Yotes...lol

I will be happy with a win...this gm could be a shoot-out goals wise...

Flames for the win...and van to help out tomorrow against minny if all goes to plan...

Never said impossible.  I would never use that word with sports.

Just don't believe with recent history of each club that I could not jump all over the canucks in this situation.
