You could be right, I see both goalies being a little nervous to start the game and rusty from the few days off. So many goals are possible.
However, its tough to say how much offence will be shown with both teams coming off 4 or more days off, especially the Sharks. It could take both teams a period and a half just to get there skating legs back and play will probably be a bit sloppy and chippy to start the period also.
If the refs call lots of penalties in this game the over will hit large, we shall see.
