Well the Eagles missed the extra point to lose 7-6 and note to Ottawa. Stop juggling the lines. Actually the Sens played well, they just ran up against a brick wall.
The Sens took out a good number of the board.
If you have a good streak over the past few days post it with your picks. Unless something stands out I will only make note of something as long as it continues everyday. You kicking ass with OU's, post it. If you are perfect on Monday's when there is a full moon, post it

Went 1-1 yesterday with a backup stealing my money up in Ottawa. Zetterberg and Franzen kill it in St. Louis. Not upset with the SENS play. They played well but like lipps said they just ran into hot goalie. Oh well, onto to tonight:
One game that really intersts me tonight is the Wild vs. the Sabres. Wild come into tonight as -125 ML favorites. Both teams come in undefeated so I am left asking myself which team has played better thus far? The Wild have been great defensively so far. Lemaire has the guys buying in to his game plan. The Sabres have also been great defensively. Onto the stats:
Wild have only given up 7 goals in 4 games thus far(a 1.75 goal a game avg.).
Sabres allowing 1.5 goals a game.
Wild have scored 14 goals in 4 games(3.5 goals a game)
Sabres averaging 3.3 goals a game
Looks like a coin flip until you look at the injury list. Buffalo Sabres captain Craig Rivet will miss at least two weeks after having successful arthroscopic knee surgery Wednesday morning. This will be a huge loss for the Sabres. It will affect their breakout which needs to be good against a great defensive team like Minnesota.
The Wild will most likely be without Marian Gaborik and Owen Nolan tonight. Both are listed as doubtful with lower body injuries.
The skinny:
Minnesota doesn't need alot of goals to win games. They have proven that for years. So the loss of Gaborik and Nolan will affect them but not as much as the loss Buffalo will be faced to deal with tonight. Being without Rivet for the first time this year will force the Sabres to change their game plan against a very good defensive squad. I think this will be too much for the Sabres to overcome. This should be a tight one. Going with the WILD. Good luck guys.
