This will at least bump them into the playoffs if Brand can stay healthy.  Which I'm predicting he won't.  Horrible trade for the Clippers though, as they obviously didn't give a shit about winning this year, especially with the signing of Baron Davis.  One over-priced player for another over-priced player?  What's the point?

Does Baron at point guard make you that much better of a team over Brand at PF?? 

Philly might have the #5 seed now.  Still not a great team though, as  they lack a true point guard, and they are one injury away from struggling to even make the playoffs.

i pretty much care non for any of these two trades (baron and brand). They are traded into teams whom i think won't make the playoffs this year.

Ummm Miller is prob one of the most under rated point guards in the league. If anything we are missing a true shooting guard unless AI can lean learn how to shoot.

Miller is as true a point guard as there is in the league. He's definitely way underrated. People don't love him because he's not flashy and looks a little lazy out there. But he can flat out play.
 
Absolutely devastated as a Clipper fan. Elton fooled us all. He said all the right things since his injury, and said he wouldn't let the fans down. Well, thanks for the stab in the back. Have fun making $200k more a year in Philly.

Now we need a three point shooter, funny how Korver would fit that mold.  Too bad he was a complete liability on the defensive side of the floor. Plus we spent all our money, maybe Iguodala will teach himself how to be an outside shooter over the off season but I'm not holding my breath.
