8 points is a lot to cover in a playoff game but will the heat show the pacers why they are the defending champs or will the pacers slow down the heat? 8 points is 3-4 possessions unless you can pull off 2 tony allen flops and make it in 2 possessions. Will the heat start off slow and come alive in the 4th quarter again or will they control this game from start to finish? Or maybe they won't control the game at all? The heat are one of the best teams at home and Indiana is an average road team but do have a great defense. Will the heats offense be slowed down by the pacers defense or will Lebron show the pacers why he was mvp?
Looking for some thoughts and input on the Pacers +8/ Heat -8 and also the over under of 182. My lean right now is Heat -8 and over 182. Hoping some hot cappers stop by this forum for some input and advice. But no matter what, good luck to everyone and their picks tonight

I am leaning more and more towards Heat-8 and over 182... I am seeing a game of Miami 102 Pacers 90.. Miami wins by double digits and the game goes over with some points to spare. Anyone else agree or disagree?

Miami hasn't played in a week and won't be rusty like game 1 versus the bulls. Indiana didn't really impress me versus the Knicks. The Knicks had an awful series vs the Pacers and the Pacers didn't really beat the Knicks as bad as they should have. Miami has been on another level the past few months. No team is unbeatable and this Heat squad wants to show why they were the champs last year and why they are more than capable of being champs this year.

Pacers might cover but they will not win.. 8 is a lot and the Pacers are capable of playing a close game vs the heat but the question is will they be ready for the heat? The Pacers will need to play their hearts out for 48 minutes if they want to have a chance. The Pacers do not really impress me on the road. Playing in Miami is the key to game 1 and why I think the Heat will win and cover
