 He is doing everything he can to be successful. Leading in Points Reb's and Asst..Kevin martin and Serge Ibaka have to step up..Kevin Martin was sooooooo delights on the Kings.. perhaps he can revert to that every game. Go Durant. I am not betting just opening up discussion on this topic

Durantula is huge. Other are shiit. Simple as that.

I saw the last game, he was rebounding, scoring, assisting and all, but he can do it all, esp. not in a playoff game, needs couple of guys...

i will forward this thread to the current nba commissioner, david j. stern. hopefully he can stop the hate if okc gets bounced.  all we can do now is just pray that durant doesn't have to take all of the blame. i have never had to rely on the nba commissioner for anything in my life, but right now, i don't know if i can trust in humanity to do the right thing. god-speed

scott brooks is a terrible coach. shouldve played lamb and jones more in the regular season.

No way to blame Durant...he's doing all he can. You know who WILL get blamed?? Patrick. Beverly. Perhaps unfairly. And also Ibaka and K Mart who have missed jumper after jumper and of course Perkins for general shittiness.

why are you so protective of durant? i guarantee you if OKC gets bounced durant will be sipping cocktails in the virigin islands a week later.

If OKC get bounced the only person to blame will be......... LeBron.  From what I have had the misfortune to read here in the last couple days the fix is in.  So I would guess him and Stern some how are behind this.
The hardest part about a 2 week war is the first 4 years

If Lebron managed last year's playoffs without Bosh and with a cripped Wade, then KD should be able to manage without Westbrook

Unfortunately, last night he seemed to tire out in the ot and end of the 4th. Now today Espn is attempting to put the loss on him

I hate how the nba is always about 1 individual player. Grizzlies won because the are the better team right now. Simple to me

Times have changed, I believe once Magic, Bird, and MJ started....Marketing started....instead of saying the Lakers vs Celtics..it was Magic and the Lakers, take on Bird and Celtics...Well since that point...The NBA has become a star-driven league and the marketing of the NBA switched over from the team to more the player and what team he is on... Cavs lost a lot of fans when Lebron Left...Miami gained a lot of fans when Lebron came,,,Both locally and Regional..

Every game in the series has been tight and could have gone either way. the only difference in every game has been if durant has been clutch or not. in game 1, he hit two clutch shots in a row to win it. in the other three, he has missed too many shots down in the closing minutes and not played well down the stretch. you can point to many reasons such as grizz defense, durant playing too many minutes and being tired, teammates not helping enough, but if durant had played better down the stretch of one of the last three games, this series is 2-2 right now.

i love durant, i think he unfairly gets labeled with "not having a killer instinct", but the fact is he has been mediocre in the last 3 min of 3 straight 1 possesion games that could have gone either way

I know ur joking right....... Without wades performances against pacers they lose that series.  go look at wades numbers after that argument with spoelstra and bosh was great when he returned.. And miamis role players were main reason heat won.. Battier, chalmers, cole were huge last year for heat. . Ita amazing the things people wil say in lebrons favor. ur comparing westbrook being out to lebrons heat team last year.. Game 6 last year vs indy Wade 41 pts 10 reb. game 5 28 pts. game 4 30pt 9 reb 6 asstt. and game 3 chamers lead team with 25 6 6. other than 1 game from martin okc hasnt gotten any production like heat got last year.  and go look at finals box scores..... everyone on heat contributed and and difference in series was role players. game 5 of finals heat had 4 20+ pt scorers.  Game 4 3 25+ pt scorers...and so on. mostly every game heat played in playoffs last year they got production from numerous guys
