If you look back at the season series you will see a 3-1 to the UNDER. If you look closely, you will see that one of the Under was U208.5 in a game that ended 208. However, this game went into overtime. The score at the end of regulation was 93-93. The last game between these two was an Over in the 2nd to last game of the season. I watch this game and it is safe to say that defense & intensity were not words that would describe this game. San Antonio played their second string and had already conceded that they were the #2 seed in the West.
This game opened 201 and has been hit up to 203.5. Personally, I think this is a great thing. This gives us another bucket of value. Right now everybody is in love with Golden State and Stephon Curry. They come off of a great series, however, they did shoot 49% for the series, something I do not in anyway expect them to do this series. While they are a fun team to watch, I would seriously doubt if San Antonio has not been working hard to find a way to stop this explosive offense. Taking out that last game I mentioned, SA held GS to 93, 93, & 88. Golden State averaged 101 points on the season. Meanwhile, Marc Jackson will be pushing his young team defensively, knowing that in order for a team to win in the playoffs it must D up. I also would expect some early rust from a San Antonio team that has had nearly a week off. Let's go with the Under here.
