everybody will surely be chasing on the lakers. no way the lakers will not make the playoffs and they need to grab every game that they can. hornets on the other hand just lost a game against the magic. so lakers will take this game without a problem. the short line is a plus to take them.

but i think this is a good spot to back the hornets. lakers are bad on the road plus it is a back to back for them. thoughts?

I like the hornets and the suns.. Hornets have to win one of these against the lakers.. They lost the first game and ats, lost the second one in staples but covered, third game I think they do it for thier fans and get the win... I like the suns playing a broken raptor team and haven't played since Friday @ home, and already lost to raptors early on in the year.. I was counting on the kings to come in, it hasn't been my week either.. Hopefully the corner turns for us...

The spot is good for the Hornets but so were the Kings tonight against Denver and you saw what happened...seems like 2nd half of the NBA season you just take the better team even if they are laying chalk on the road and squares are cashing in big

Like New Orleans here good spot, and the over as well. . Public will bet lakers, can hold to get better line. .

I am sort of new to NBA betting, I am more of an NFL guy, but I have been doing well so far (with help at times) BUT let me just show you how much of a rookie I am when i say Lakers -1.5....I am all over the Lakers here.

Btw, I don't go all in on anything, and I will wait to see what a handful of guys I follow on here have to say.
I will not bet Hornets, but I may pass if the right people are against me.

THIS.

the same system i have that went 30-10 have gone 0-3 L3 playing against heavy public favorites. faves have been hitting above 60% after the allstar break. i might still play this one last time and if it loses i might call it a season. BOL

New Orleans is bad.

If they can't beat the Magic, they are hopeless IMO.

I hate the Lakers , but will back them here.

I just notice lakers moneyline raised from early in the day 1.77 to 1.88 now and noh dropped from 2.02 to 1.98, odd stuff, -1 stays the same tho

 2 questions come to mind.... WHY do the hornets have to win one of these against the lakers?... because of some abbreviated ATS records, over a short period of time?... you think the fans are going to help defend kobe, nash, and D 12?... why didnt they want to win for their fans the other 19 games they lost at home?... i dont know if the lakers will win this or not...its hard for me to bet the lakers on the road, but those are just about the 2 silliest reasons ive ever seen for picking a team to win... sorry, i dont normally bash, but those comments  are illogical...

If you think about it, Lakers knew last night's game would be difficult and probably a loss.  But they need to win the winnable games - such as New Orleans - to make the playoffs.

I could see how the Lakers mentally view NO as more important than the OKC game.

Bovada, SBG, WagWeb and Sprtsbk all have this game opened at -2, moved to -1 last night and is now back at -2.
