1-3 on Friday Night, 2-5 on Thursday and Friday night so I took yesterday off.  Felt good to not even take a look at the lines, and now we head into Sunday and hopefully end the weekend on a positive.

Surprised that they put the total that low in the Knicks/Clippers game.  It is an early Sunday UNDER game...60+% on the OVER right now.

Looks like I reversed the totals in the ABC games...seems a bit high in the Lakers/Heat with the slower pace for the Lakers recently.  Heat blowout maybe?

Denver/Boston game was pretty close to my prediction...surprised that the Celtics have the public advantage right now.  Denver is hot...Boston is hot.  Would lean towards the UNDER

Will have to take a look at the Blazers/Magic spread as well...set on the low side it seems, and public all over Portland.  Will see if the line moves at all.

Was way off on the Thunder/Suns game....Thunder have won their last three games by 21, 21, and 31...and they aren't double digit favorites?  Interesting

NUMBER ONE, MISSED READING YOUR WRITE UPS YESTERDAY.  YOUR THINKING IS INVALUEABLE.  TWO, SORRY YOU HAD  A LOSING NIGHT.  THEY'RE TOUGH TO TAKE.  THREE, PSYCHED TO SEE YOUR THOUGHTS TODAY.  i only bet big till tomorrow, then my hoops season ends. after feb 11, as they near the trading deadline and beyond, i become statistically inconsistent (over nine years of picking games and keeping records).  regardless, i've been very impressed with your analysis the past two years.  and i've followed you daily this year.  it's a lot of work that you do; and i commend you for it.  i admire anyone who takes a day off.  it's tough to do when you follow the nba as closely as you do.  KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Liking the UNDER in the Spurs/Nets game as well...Spurs very rarely give up big points two games in a row.  Nets offense isn't strong right now as it is.

Lakers have been playing well in the past couple weeks...but I think the Heat are out for blood against the LA teams.  This is the thing they have gotten pumped up about.

Good stat...but it's tough to put much stock in it with this Magic lineup...two completely different teams.

LA Clippers vs. New York Knicks OVER 48.5  1st Quarter  (2.2 to win 2)

One other stat that goes along very well with the Early Sunday UNDER is that the games have generally started on the faster end of things.  Clippers are getting towards the end of their road trip, so fatigue is weighing in big time as evidenced by their last game against the Heat.  Knicks at home should be able to do what they want on the offensive end early on.

Prediction:  Knicks 27  Clippers 24

New York Knicks -4.5  (1.1 to win 1)
2nd Half OVER 96.5  (1.1 to win 1)

Might not win the game, but should certainly be able to close the gap considerably.  Shot like crap in the first half and turned the ball over like crazy.  No reason for that.  Towards the end of the half they took care of the ball, and amazingly their points came a lot easier.  Was going to throw in the under as well, but with the way the half ended, I don't think this one stays under in the early game...surprisingly.
