just did a 2 game 4 pt teaser 200 to win 217. Later I tried to figure out if getting those 8 pts at that price is even worth it. I came up with a similar situation using a 2 game parlay at the juice that a 4 point adjustment would be, which I roughly estimated that it couldn't be more than -210 but lets just say its -220 for each game. So all you need to risk in order to win 217 for a 2 game parlay is roughly 100-103 or so. I'd much rather risk 100 than 200 to win the same amount any day! So in other words, teasers are sucker bets, but in some situations, i guess you really need those extra points.

Teasers are defined in and around itself. They are precisely what they're called- Teasers. The points seem appealing, but at the end of the day- if you make the right decision going into the bet- chances are you wouldn't require the additional cushion. Plus the payout sucks- capping is hardwork.
