CMM's NBA Wednesday

Had a minus day after a couple of plus streaks. It happens! There are loads of games for Wednesday so hopefully none of you guys chased or something. To the mods please delete the other thread I had with a wrong thread title.

Charlotte Bobcats -2.5
I was hoping the Raptors would win SU so I'd find it easier to take the Cats here. Raps is another team the Cats can win SU against. It should be another close one but the home team should get the edge. Lowry is slowly being put right back into the mix and shouldn't really be much of a factor. The play is also huge on the scheduling with the Raptors playing back to back and on a 4G5N. Last season, Cats won 2 of the 3 games. Both teams are better this season but edge will still be with the home team. Cats' offense has been really nice as of late.

San Antonio Spurs -1.5
Boston isn't the same anymore. The supposedly repalcement for Ray Ray isn't clicking as expected and the Bench is just inconsistent. Rondo is the only bright star there with Pierce and Garnett slowly regressing from last season. Spurs, on the other hand, is ageless and as dangerous as ever. With no real look ahead angle or any let down spot, the only thing that will make you feel iffy taking this is the short line. Then again, it has always been this low when both of them plays.

New York Knicks -2.5
Knicks are playing 3G4N but they won't really get fatigued from the blow out in New Orleans. Simple reasoning here, just backing a hot team who's ready to go on a roll again. Knicks next solid competition won't be until 15 days later when they play in Miami.

I really think bobcats and raptors are a coin-toss, with that many games being played I think you can find a lot more value on other games. How do you feel about 76er -4 against Cleveland? Cavaliers are without there star player and without him they are not much of a team. You have 76er getting a hard win from tonight and will carry on the momentum. You have a playoff team against a slightly below average team WITHOUT there superstar.

I also like Lakers -5.5 over Kings. Kings is a joke. Lakers dominate from every angle.

I like your 2^nd and 3rd pick. I got it at NYK -1.

neither are the Spurs, they lost 2 huge man-up games at home to the upstart Clippers and Knicks.  They usually never lose those big games.  Plus they also lost in a revenge spot to a team they swept last year.  I think their confidence might be a little shot.  Boston hasn't been great but they have been playing better and mainly are only having losses because of the road back-to-backs.  I gotta look into this more but I don't think it's justified for the Spurs to be laying points in Beantown.

with you on SAS and NYK. not sure about cha though. i think raps can handle them. might pass on that one.

what do you think about orl- 1 vs det?  leaning orl here just because they looked great at home to start the season vs not so good teams.

also leaning on LAL. matchup wise, Sac cant do anything.

It might be good if he doesn't play on a bum ankle, Terry's a Spurs killer and Courtney Lee will do well with less restrictions on his shot selection
