Nice Video!
Also assembling a collection. Ordered the championship t-shirts, a couple extra jersey patches and found a site based in China that sells authentic jersey's for $100. With the Finals patch sewn onto the jersey.

My theory on the whole 'hate' on LBJ is that he takes away from other marquee player's place on superstar totem pole....and his "not 1 not 2 not 3 ....." (PEP RALLY promise to heat fans) was seen as a promise to the miami heat fans and a threat to non-heat fans.
what player doesn't promise their fans and teammates the encouragement of multiple titles?
Now this is all my opinion - but I really believe it to be true. This hate and unappreciation of LBJs historic performance is more than simply folks yawning and being blind to his extra-ordinary performance
The reason LBJ fans (particularly me -- also I am from the same Akron Ohio 'hood' LBJ is from) seem a little more vocal for him b/c the venom for him for the most part is unwarranted (no adulterer, no battery, no arrests, no calling out teammates, no selfishness on the court, no appearnces in real life court-rooms, etc,,,etc,,,) but yet when his fans say wow hey folks.....
1) he led his team in pts, rebs, assts, steals, fg%, efficiency...etc...etc....guys come in this and other forums and say...what's so special about that ---- well the answer is CLEAR ---- noone else in the league does what LBJ does (including kobe da man)...kobe is LA's leader in pts, maybe steals...that's it....no player LEADS their team in more catergories than LBJ...and he does it year-in and year-out
2) he was third in league in SCORING, top 3 in STEALS, top 12 in ASSISTS, top 25 in REBOUNDS, #1 in EFFICIENCY (AGAIN), #1 in pts +rebs+assts (AGAIN)....yet folks still say his fans are suckers
note....this performance is typical of LBJ every year....Rose may have a good year...then nowitski....but LBJ is steady every year
3) He then has a historic playoff run...playing team ball....then taking over in appropriate spots when needed (Game 4 at Indy...Game 6 at Boston...Game 2 at OKC) and averages historic numbers....breaks his own record for consecutive playoff games streak in one season for scoring 25 pts or more...(2009 and 2012 -- LBJ has this record)......and is third on the list for scoring 25 points or more in a playoff run across two seasons (any seasons)....in short...it was a historic performance...with signature games on this run (Game 4 vs Indy @ Indy 40pts..18 rebs...9 assts --- Al Hortford said....good luck trying to get those numbers on a NBA 2K game....LBJ did it in a crucial playoff game and Game 6 vs Boston @ Boston...Doc Rivers quote "i hope you guys stop talking about lebron not showing up in big games -he was incredible today".....and then to have a triple double in the title clinching game vs OKC......man, this was 'special' history....not just your typical history (i.e., see Mavs last year -- they got it done....but nothing "extra special" that sets it apart from previous champions).
Not taking a dig at Kobe...but what was his signature games in those title runs that will be remembered the way LBJ carried the heat past Indy and Boston.......now I am the ultimate TEAM wins title guy ,.......and Miami could not have won w/o Battier , Chalmers....Wade....and Bosh doing their thing.....but one thing is clear....Wade had knee issues and Bosh had groin issues...LBJ had to step it up to compensate for that......HENCE....getting this video to see how the heck they did it....and LBJ's mental, physical performance to LEAD the way...is a must (to me) for any Heat and LBJ fan......but still....what were Kobe's signature moments in any of those Laker runs....it is always a team thing....but was he MORE special than what LBJ was on this current title run?![]()
I say no.....and it is not a dig on your boy...
I am just trying to get you to visualize what Heat and LBJ fans are feeling @ this time....and no it is not a sucking thing
it is a feeling of pride & happiness for LBJ and that he got to the top of the mountain when so many things (media, hating fans, hurting teammates, etc...etc...) were working against him![]()
