westbrook obviously thought there was still 0.8 seconds so he was trying to block the shot he looked up right after and pointed to the shot clock, officials should be louder with that, but then again thats somethign we will never know westbrook should kno the situation regardless but no way I am blaming him for loss after game he played

No, coming up big and scoring 30&#x2B; is what he is SUPPOSED to do.  Committing a bad foul is what he SHOULD NOT do.  It is a dumb rule, but your job as a player is to know the rules of your league.  I find it hard to believe he has never been in this situation before.  Either his team having the ball after the jump ball or defending after the jump.  You should be looking at the clock during stoppage of play.  No excuses.
