gotta do it. Gotta fade the mavericks here. This is a major fatigue spot as evidenced by the jazz being 4 point favorites over a superior team on paper. Mavs are coming off a tough OT loss to the LakeShow, last game on a west coast trip.
The thing about west coast road trips is that they are tougher road games then east coast swings. This is due to the thin air in rockie mountain cities, & the long distances traveled between west coast locations.
Mavs have traveled to oakland (1700 miles), portland (630 miles), LA (963 miles), & finally Salt Lake City (690 miles). This will be their 4th game in 5 days, with all that travel in between, OT loss last night, & playing in thin air. They are going to play terrible, there is no way to defy physics here with such an old team.
Jazz in a blowout.
good luck.

The last 3 spots on western conf are too tight for Dallas to not play like their life depends on this game. If they had won the last one I would agree with you, but today they must win. its too important.
if they lose today and Houston wins, mavs will give suns a chance to climb back into picture tonight.
they bounce back today hard. Jazz-2 is a trap line i believe. BOL.

Mavs are one of the most resilient teams in Western Conference and if they play how they are capable come playoff time, Watch the fuck out They will be a tough draw no matter what
Better play the ML next time too. 3OT thought you had it with 5 seconds left but the Gangsta raped yo' $$$$

can't count anymore how many times a meaningless 3 has fucked me over.
i disagree about dallas resiliency. dallas is nowitski & terry. all the other players are trash. Utah just couldnt close the deal.
If the game played out anything like it did on paper in terms of the rebounding stats...the Jazz would have lost SU. They got every loose ball...and an abnormal amount of 3's and still couldn't blowout.

That was a weird game, it looked like the Jazz are going to blow them out but they came back and took a healthy lead! However, with all the momentum in the world and 40 points from Dirk the Mavs still managed to lose a winnable game!
