OK, so who in their right mind wants to back CLE right now? No Kyrie Irving, got smoked last game by 35 at home, lost to MIL by 37 at home only 6 days ago, on an 8 game SU losing streak and 7 game ATS losing streak.... and they are only catching 12.5?
This line stinks to high heaven to me. I have no idea how your average bettor would want to take CLE +12.5 at this point here. Assuming the books want even action, what does that have to mean? To me, it means the books know the sharp money will come in on CLE at this number to counteract the public jumping all over MIL.
Whenever you have these revenge spots where one team destroys another and then they play again very soon, I feel like the team that killed the other squad usually overlooks the second game because, hell, they just beat the crap out of these guys! What motivation does MIL have to absolutely destroy these guys (which they gotta do if they are gonna cover 12.5)?

I agree. Cleveland seems like a very smart bet for the adventurous gambler. Everybody knows they could lose this game by 50. But will they ? I doubt it. More likely the mediocre Bucks struggle to put this team away and win by a close number. Closer than 12 for sure.

I love to bet the unpopular pick...especially backing a team seeking same season triple revenge. BUT, I also know the limitations. This "team" is, at best, putrid. I agree that the sharp play is on the points, but not all sharp play win. It's the points or nothing in this case. I vote for nothing :)

Took a stab at MILW -4 1st qtr. Could easily see a back door cover by either of these teams, but I lean more towards MILW getting bored in the 4th, and opening that door to the Cavs. I expect MILW to come out quick, and watch the Cavs struggle early on. That's my take for what it's worth. Good luck tonight.

The Cavs have been tanking games for the past 6 or 7. They can't keep up with anyone. They can't cover a half, not even the 1st qtr. I wouldn't touch them with your money. Good luck if you play them!

You say what motivation do they have to blow them out? None, but teams don't need motivation to blow the cavs out. They are just that bad!
With that being said, the bucs still looking to sneak into the playoffs... They could easily blow the cavs out... I'm not playing it, just saying doesn't take much to blow this team out

Shady Dan Gibson has his team tanking for yet another chance at one of the top prospects in lottery next year...without Irving and playing very uninspired ball, I believe Cavs will lose by close to 20...again...they couldn't even compete w the Spurs for the 1st quarter, not saying the Bucks are the Spurs, but they are getting better and better since Ellis trade and will take the Cavs to the cleaners...Bucks 109-89...GLTA

Huge adjustment on the ML in this game . I see it floating aroound -1300. You can usually grab a 12 point chalk at a basement bargain of -1000.

Thanks Mr. 93 posts, I'll be sure to take that into consideration
Greyhound, I wasn't saying that the Bucks wouldn't be motivated to win -- they clearly would be. But what do they care if they win by 8 or win by 14 or 2? They just need the W. I think its human nature psychologically to play down a significant amount when you just pasted another team by 37 last time you played. I would not be shocked to see MIL doing uncharacteristic stuff during this game -- guys trying out new moves, jacking shots without care (they DO have Monta and Jennings), etc.. If there's a game a team would kinda experiment with things with, isn't this the exact spot to do it?
