Both Van Gundy and Otis Smith should be axed after tonight. Otis for not making a move at the trade deadline and constantly signing/overpaying one dimensional players(Turkuglou, Richardson, Rashard Lewis). Van Gundy because he clearly doesn't know how to make any adjustments.  If the threes are not falling they're up s@it creek offensively because he can't get those guys to even attempt to attack the basket. Yes he has no true point guard but neither do the Bulls with Rose out and they still perform at a high level without him.

i totally agree with you. van gundy is such a bad coach. i dont even know how he is still coaching. i just dont understand it, maybe its because of his brother

Certainly not shocking at all with this team -- known for their inconsistencies and lack of passion. Not a positive swing after Dwight's decision.

There coach is a joke and they have zero team chemistry. Magic are a fade or no play for me.
