OKC -3.5 Why? Anyone know why Spread moved?

Kind of confused here guys!? Figured one of the members of the forum might have more knowledge than me on this game

 

Why is OKC only Favoured by -3.5? I feel I should hammer this!

Is there any info I am missing out on? Is durant/westbrook out or something?

 

I saw the spread opened at -9.5. Please help!

no way it opened at 9.5, its a mistake. Your talking about a team that is 21-14 at home, if anything 3.5 is telling me vegas favors okc. I would think this is a pick em in my eyes

i was at book last night when overnight sheets came out line was never-9.5 it opened at okc-3

Line was never 9.5...you are probably confused with the Knicks line...:P
Regardless I also like OKC, but Philadelphia played very good yesterday shooting 50% from 2 pts. and opponent shooting only 30%, if Williams is inspired could be a close match, also bare in mind that OKC is a team with lots of TO...

I expected okc -5 or -6

Like I said I feel I Should HAMMMER this one.

its +4 now... might move to +4.5 by tipoff...

personally i'd be on the 76ers. even though they played they should still be rested and ready to roll.

why is okc only favored by 3.5 hmm probably because Philly is really good at home. OKC is the better team thats why they are favored.

I see what you are saying. Public is on OKC but lots of money pouring in on Philly. Im still on OKC and locked in at -3. Hopefully Igoudala does another through the legs pass and we end up with another blown dunk

no play for me. why bet w/ the pub? why bet against the best team in the nba? there's tons of other games - this line is too fishy. b2b for philly; extensive all star stuff for okc - no play.

i think olk is interesting on the road. they barely beat the warriors....


but yes they can surely come out and play any night, does anyone think they might be rusty from the break?

I hear ya bro. I'm not wagering hard on this one. However I think durant and westbrook go off again tonight...Durant crowned all-star MVP. He's feeling nice right now. Westbrook first time all-star also will be amped. I can't see a let down by them. I can see philly letting that win last night get to their heads. plus on a b2b against the best team...

 

Also look at the opponents philly has faced..not alot of quality teams espescially since they play in the east.

 

After all that the -3 looks nice to me

Personally, I think this line is dead on. My statistical analysis has OKC winning by 4. Philadelphia outscores opponents 93-83 on average at home, but has struggled a little the last few games at home. OKC being a small favourite seems right to me.

Ya I think it will be a tight fought game untill the fourth where OKC pulls away on some key durant jumpers
