Kobe has and will be the best player of this generation since MJ.

So any other comparisons are a waste of time. Kobe makes shots, Lebron is just big as hell and tries to run over people, but he just doesn't have that extra, extra you gotta have to be that type of player like Kobe.

Kobe is an artful scorer who can shoot the rock from anywhere, while Lebron is just a bruiser who pretends he can shoot a jumper! While Lebron is a physical speciman, Kobe's will and talent is far superior than the King's, CASE CLOSED!

My apologies to Kobe for even thinking that Lebron was slightly better than him (and I've been a Laker fan for 30+ years)

i can name fucking power forwards and centers that are better shooters than Lebron and that is a joke. You cant be a great player and have big men that shoot way better than you.

Shit Haslem and Bosh are better shooters than Lebron. Lamarcus Aldridge, shit even Blake Griffin hit a 3 tonight although Blake is just as terrible as Lebron at shooting.

Kobe wasn't a great shooter when he came in but worked hard on his jumper and became a wonderful shooter. Jordan couldnt hit the 3 initially but worked hard on his jumper and became a good 3 pt shooter. Lebron just bullies people and in the 4th when they force him to shoot he fucking sucks. Its obvious he is not working on his jumper in the offseason because he is just terrible.

thats a bunch of nonsenseKobe is a horrific 41% shooter in his career in the finals.he got carried by a "prime" shaq , who was the most dominant force the nba has seen since jordan.and he got carried by that great frontcourt for the other 2. No team in the west could match that front court of gasol/bynum/odom, and thats why they breezed through the west in the playoffs.as soon as okc got perkins to match with ibaka. and as soon as dallas got a center last year with chandler to match with dirk, the lakers were finished. FINISHED !because they only won with the great rebounding of that front court, and that offense of theirs with those 3 bigmen who are ALL great passers. And that is a BIG dimension to have when you have so many big men who can pass, and play d as wellNo teams were fearful of kobe fukkin bryant (the pathetic shot jacker). I thought lebron would be better in the end, but this whole him and wade experiment i just dont like it. They just dont seem to play that great together and i liked him better in cleveland carrying those scrubs than i do with wade. Also his deep shooting seems to have regressed majorly, i mean i think hes making a concerted effort not to jack up threes this year but i think it helps your game to have some kind of deep threat to it.

in my opinion who really cares...these are the stars of this era and kobe bryant is the oldest of all of them...he is the best pure scorer in the league and he also shoots the most...compare these guys amongst themselves because no one comes close to my idol in my avatar...throw any stats you want it don&#x27;t matter to me...no way i&#x27;d choose any of today&#x27;s stars over my man Michael...i think most people on here would agree with that...and if u wanna debate with stats just think if Mike played with legit centers (he actually would pass the ball if you caught it and did something with it unlike some stars today KOBE BRYANT) and if he didn&#x27;t leave after his father&#x27;s murder....that&#x27;s nearly two seasons missed of possibly more titles, MVP awards, and scoring titles....in the end kobe bryant is the closest shooting guard but it&#x27;s a distant second  don&#x27;t kid yourselves salivating laker lovers....perhaps kevin durant will be next to challenge the argument..at least he seems to be a good guy not some arrogant douchebag like bryant
