Yeah I think he just bought the hook.Almost all sportsbook allow you to buy the hook, so he prob has Heat -9 (-125)

I never buy hooks, well very rarely.Thats just me though, a case can be made for/against it either way.I would never buy the hook in an NBA game, 0.5 in the grand scheme of things is nothing.I did push my only bet in the NBA this year though. (Bulls -8 2nd half last night)

the line has been going down and down, u could have got boston +525 earlier, down to 400 now ... but ya, I dont see it without Pierce ... but if they had a Pierce, Bass, Garnett, Rhondo, Allen lineup, I would give them a shot at it

There is SOME value in taking Boston ML tonight, but I think Miami covers tonight.

Last season Miami was an automatic fade on opening night against the Celtics. They're terrible start was expected. They covered like 2 of their first 10-12 games or so.

I think the line is fair considering Boston is not on a b2b, and that Boston beat them like the first 3 meetings last year.

The difference this year is the bench and the cohesion between the team. Cole and Haslem almost split time with the starters.

I wouldn't fade Miami tonight, but on tap I would fade them tomorrow at the Bobcats as a 10 pt favorite.

The Bobcats always seem to have Lebrons number, whether it be in Cleveand or Miami.
