Being reported as CONFIRMED on twitter, apparently Hornets are telling teams that the deal is done and CP3 is headed for LAL....

Correction on the last tweet. The proposed Chris Paul trade is for Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom, per @WojYahooNBA

it would be nice if they threw in Okafor he would make a nice backup for Howard.

Just Bynum for Dwight?

Gonna take more than that.

I think Lakers settle with Bynum/Kobe/CP3 core

not bad

It's only because they're getting Dwight. You can't have those all-star level bigs WITH him. It's all apart of the plan.

Is it me or did Houston give up too much? Scola had a monster year last season

i really cant decide if i like this deal. i feel like its to much since no we have no depth at all, but this might mean d12 is coming soon (somehow,  al tohugh losing odom has me second guessing this)

Calm  down Laker fans. Why in the world would the Magic just accept Bynum if they can get Noah and Deng from the Bulls?

Lakers needed Gasol or Odom to make the deal done.

thats exactly why laker fans think they gave up to much. giving up the 3 bigs only makes sense if you get back both paul and howard. and i really dont think howard can be had for just bynum, and we have no trade assets.

and as far as the bulls, i doubt they give up those guys without a contract extension. and as weve seen the past 2 years players can kind of chose where they go by saying theyll only sign extensions in la (or what ever city it is that theyre looking at)
