Here we go with the 3rd time they tried to CHEAT me and have cheated me this last time.

On May 3 I put in a wager at the end of the 3rd for $20 for Miami minus the points. After it processes it shows this wager:

  Sorry about the double post .......Greek has always been fair to me since. The 2 times I have had a problem there in 3 years, it was resolved right away since I check my wagers right away for issues and if a problem, I am on the phone within a minute to have it corrected...

  I am looking for a alternative book to the Greek for MLB this year. USA Player and looking for a quicker payout. Greek pays, but sometimes takes up to 2 weeks to get a check lately. So if you guys have one that you personally use, please let me know so I can get some cash in there.

  If you read my entire post, you would have seen I had the Mavs for the game. At the end of the 3rd period the Lakers were up 6. I took the Lakers to break even on the game because I lost confidence in the Mavs. Do you get me now?

  Yes, this post was going up because they have been trying to cheat me and have been correcting the issue, but today they wanted to fight and force me to make another bet instead of canceling the one like they should have due to their error.

  Besides, what does it matter what the play was, bottom line they are trying to CHEAT the player by pulling some Bullshit. I felt the need to let others know so they don't have to go through the same BS that I have been going through with this book. Now if you work for them and are trying to make me look like a ass, you are doing a bad job, because it still does not justify the Cheating tactics they use.....and also note that as soon as their system glitched or whatever, that I was on the phone 30 seconds later to have their error corrected. I did not even watch the 4th quarter or look at the score till after all of this because I am disappointed at how a book that was highly rated and recommended to me on this site is just CHEATING bastards. It's called looking out for others so they don't have to go through this and be cheated from their money. And besides, I have been playing with their money now for a month, but that is not the point, It's the CHEATING Crap they are trying to pull....


  Pinnacle has not taken US customers for at least 6-7 years I want to say or else I never would have had a different book to begin with. I am US based.

   I was put on the phone with a supervisor and she told me there was nobody else I could speak with and that I had a choice to take the deal to place another wager in that amount or else she was not going to correct the error. This is what has set me off. To error is human, but to not correct the problem in a fair manner and use a tactic to Cheat your customer is not acceptable in my eyes. It's not like I don't place wagers and lose, but at this time I have been winning and playing with their money since day 1. Granted I had a bad day and to force me to make a wager without me being able to research and factor in the things I use to make a wager is just wrong, especially since I did not make a wager by mistake or erroneously .....it's their system that glitched or whatever happened that a mistake was made.

  If you are familiar without BoDog live betting, you will see at the bottom of the screen it shows your open wagers that you made. When it only shows the one (the last one and not the first line offered) it should then be corrected. It's not like I waited till the game was over and then called. 30 seconds after I looked over the wager on the bottom, compared it to my account balance, and then looked over open wagers to see what happened was when the call was placed. I spent from the intermission in-between the 3rd and 4th periods till my post on the phone. I didn't even check the outcome of the game till after the post. Besides, it's not my winning or losing wager that is to question, it's the problem that occurred and the way they went about to correct it or NOT in this situation that has me all worked up. How do you get to talk to somebody higher if the person on the phone says they are it and that I either take the deal offered or deal with it. Just WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!   ....and to think that the one time I thought they made a mistake on a wager and called so they can fix it so I didn't have to be dishonest or have something reversed later down the road when they caught it. Unbelievable! I only want what is coming to me, nothing more, nothing less. This is the way I live life. If you want to give me more, then fine, but I believe in earning my way and not trying to scam people to get more......Bad Karma is a Bitch!

   BULLSHIT Tactics by this book that I have never experienced before. I guess I should not go by the ratings of books on this site or name recognition from TV Commercials or from watching the Pro's at No-Limit Holdem that I should have considered my testing this book. I should have just made a post asking about how the sportsbook end of Bodog is and made my decision that way. I should have looked farther into them to see how many people have issues.....including bounced checks. That is the next thing on my mind. Is the check I get from them going to bounce and then I will have to go posting on forums to get that corrected, like so many others have had to do?

  The $$$ amount is not even that much, but the principle of the situation is what has me all worked up. I can't fall asleep now because this is just CRAP!  I feel like I was forced to grab ankles while they stuck it in my ass..... I will just wait to see if the wager they forced me to play hits so I can just close the account. Maybe good Karma will come back to me ......Go Memphis -3!!!! 

  If there is a way to get a hold of somebody higher up, please let me know and I would like to take this up with them. But as I already said, the lady on the phone basically said take the deal she offered or take nothing and that there was nobody else to talk with.

  I posted the ticket from the middle of the week to show how their system is faulty and glitches already and continues to do so. I should not have to pay for their errors, nor should any other player. The issue should be resolved and till they do that, they should make the proper correction.

  Look at the time of 8:17p  and compare it to the time at the end of the 3rd Q, you will see that the 3rd Q ended and the 4th was going to start. And how does a Miami -points  turn into a 3rd Q wager? And if I was a piece of shit trying to take advantage of a mistake, would I be so damn stupid to take the losing side when all I have to do is look at the score in front of my on my screen? And besides, I don't ever place wagers for stupids bets like odd or even, EVER! Only sides and totals. Every now and then on if a guy will make the next basket, but not what they replaced my wager with. The thing that disappointed me about that wager was, I hit the winning side and didn't even get any credit for the wager and missed the 4th Q of that game too because I had to be on the phone with them to fix this......

  If I go to place a wager and when it goes to process and then comes back with a message stating that the line has been updated and no wager is shown on the bottom of the LIVE Betting Screen and no money was taken from my account, that when I accept the updated line that only one wager shows on the bottom of the LIVE Wager Screen, yet double the wager amount is taken what do you call that? It's not like I did not catch the error right away. I was on the phone 30 seconds later and the 4th Q did not even start.
  Then you are saying that it's ok to force me to place a wager on another game that I have no time to research, wait for updated news for the day, etc. or else get shafted by having to accept both wagers that I did not place? I only placed one wager. When there line said it updated, the processing bar did not even move 25% before the message of a updated line showed. No open wager was the them bottom of my screen, nor was money taken from my account. Yet, when I accept the updated wager, I am charged for both. This is not screwing me out of my wager? Do you just randomly pick games out of a hat and throw money at it? I don't .....

  How do you explain the crap they pulled on Wednesday? Go look up times (Central Standard) and compare it to a game log and see when the 3Q ended and look at the time of that wager? How does Miami -points = odd or even for the 3Q show up when the damn 3Q is over? Am I too stupid if I were going to be scamming them to pick the right wager with the score right in front of my face? And then to say the right way to correct the error by their system is to make me pick a play in order to have a bet canceled? I was told I HAD TO MAKE THE PICK FOR THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE WAGER TO BE CANCELED WHILE SHE WAS ON THE PHONE IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE CANCELED. This would be a acceptable thing to you? It's not to me. I made 1 wager and whatever happened with their system should not be my liability.  I did not ask for both to be cancelled, I asked for the one to be cancelled since I only made 1 wager and that is what showed on the screen. And what happened on Wednesday, not only did that wager show up, I was not able to even place the wager that was on the screen, which did win. So now I lost that winning wager and got screwed by being forced to place another wager in the amount for the one to be canceled for a error or whatever you want to call it by their system.

  I did not make a mistake in my wager nor was it erroneous. The mistake was clearly by their system and I should not have to be forced to pay for their mistake. The right thing to do was correct the error and let me go on my marry way....which in the end would have been my final wager with them since this is the third time with something like this happening. There also should be a note on the account that when a double wager is placed like this, the first one is to be removed because this is the DEAL I accepted the first time this happened the first week I played there. That first week, they said they had a issue and the situation was not handled like this last one. Tomorrow, I will look that up and post that here too. Like I said, I have used few online sportsbooks because I never had a reason to use more. Pinnacle does not take US people and I had to look for another book.....The Greek. I am not thrilled with the extra time it takes to get a check from them, so I was looking for another book and this is what I get for that. Neither of my previous books treated me like that nor did they attempt to even pull something like that....at least with me.

I use freesportsbook.us and it's an easy to use site.  Also what's cool is they actually give me money to play with.  It's really cool and never thought anything like it existed until me friend told me about it.  Also, it's one of the only legal online sportsbooks I know. maybe you should check it out.

OyVey : Bro we all can feel you pain. In a Nutshell for that amount ? Customer service or Bo Dog Becky should  and Most likely will come in here and correct this situation. To have to go through the amount of stress you are sounding out is Un Acceptable. 

Yes, man it always happens. Make sure to refresh the whole page before clicking on bet. I was on sportsinteraction and it happened to me twice. I clicked on first to 20 during 1rst half.. but i didnt take it right away, I waited to see a trend. It was like 12-10 and I clicked on first to 20... then they said the line changed... i click accept... Then I go accept bet... and they gave me moneyline at like -500... and bodog sucks btw u have to pay admin fees and shit

They are not trying to fuck you out of 40 bucks bud.  Sounds like the software blows, and there customer service team is just dumb, high, and untrained.  Like I said I doubt they are trying to jack your 20 dollars bills. come'on man!!!!

they could be actually but not specifically directed at him, could be against anyone betting that certain type bet at that specific time period  you know what i mean?  Everyone putting in that bet at that time might of gotten screwed, or if they screwed 3000 people at $20/$80 bucks then that is a lot of money that adds up over time if they keep running similar scams on a bunch of games..

   This is what I am saying.....The $$$ amount is not the issue (Wed was $20 last night was for more as stated above), it what happened and how it was dealt with. They forced me to make a play while the Manager was on the phone and guess what ......MEMPHIS +3 HITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
