1-1 in the NBA Sunday. I learned a lesson to never play props for action without looking very deeply into it, as I got shit on in the Super Bowl losing about 5 units on that garbage. Let's turn it around.
Leans:
Bobcats ATS (basically locked in play if they are getting more than 2 points)
Rockets ATS
Timberwolves +8
Thank you for all of the support on Sunday I didn't have a chance to thank you all and answer questions, but as always comments, inputs, and support are appreciated in this thread.

There are many reasons to like the Bobcats tonight. The Celtics starters played a lot of heavy minutes against the Magic in a huge home victory. The Celtics will not be up for this game as they go to Charlotte for only a 1 game road trip before having huge home games with the Lakers and Heat on the horizon. The Celtics are not good b2b losing at Phoenix, Washington, Chicago, only beating the Bucks in OT at home, losing at Detroit, winning by only 1 at Philadelphia. The only match they covered was against the Hawks in Boston. The Bobcats played the Heat and Mavericks in their last two home games and have been exposed to good competition. They played admirably against the Heat and came back in the Mavericks game after a rough start. The Bobcats covered in Boston when Boston had Rondo and Shaq in the lineup two weeks ago. Now Shaq likely won't play and Daniels is out thinning the bench and making Allen and Pierce have to log more minutes against a scrappy and talented pair in Wallace and SJax. The Bobcats play good defense and as kaponofor3 mentioned have done well after losing two games in a row ATS. The Bobcats want to prove they are for real with a win tonight. The last time these two teams played in Charlotte the Celtics won 93-62 when Larry Brown was coaching the Cats. I am sure Charlotte remembers that and will not let it happen again. 76% is on the Celtics, which is also alarming. I'm a Celtics fan, but I know you have to bet with your brain and not your heart and these are the reasons I am on Charlotte plus the points tonight.

I been layin off NBA since last wed having a bad day.. Decided to sit back and hope Pack get the W and now that that was a success gonna slowly hop back into NBA... Good writeup on CHA, seems like a sneaky good game.. Celts will be thinking about more then bball after that scary injury last night, dont see how they put in 100% after that and with Lakers and Heat on horizon
Like the Minn lean, havent seen anyone else on it.. Interested to see your writeup once it's out.. It almost scares me bc the spread seems too high with all those NO injuries.. GL Baker

Thanks for the support, although in capping info like that should never go in the trash especially in a game where the Celts will not be completely focused for

Good hearing from you and always good to sit out a day or two if you get roughed up really badly. I did that this past Thursday for the NBA. The Hornets are not good as large favourites at home failing to cover against the Raptors, Wizards, and Kings this season. They are struggling and the Wolves have bigs that can dominate the boards against them. With no Okafor that could be a problem and no Ariza will allow Beasely to have a solid game. Still mulling over this one but if it gets to 9 I'll almost certainly be on it, as the public always thinks the Twolves are a joke.

I like the Twolves getting 8 points here. The Hornets are struggling on the court and off the court with their injuries. Even with Okafor and a healthy Smith the Twolves pummeled em in Minny. Now without Okafor and with a banged up Smith the Hornets will have an even tougher time against Love, Darko, and Tolliver. Beaseley played well against the Nuggets and should continue his success not having to deal with Ariza. The Hornets are coming off of an emotional loss to the Lakers and will have a tough time getting pumped up to the play the Twolves. The Hornets have struggled as large favourites this year at home not covering against the Raptors, Kings, and Wizards this year. I'll take the points thank you.
Only 2 plays tonight. I am tempted to take the Grizzlies and Rockets but am going to lay off and play only the Twolves and Bobcats ATS.
