Early Cavs/Heat discussion and line guess

a 13 point spread is alot different then a 5 or 6 point spread. I wouldn't bet Miami - 10 or more vs anyone right now.

I am a true Cavs fan (going back to the days of Price-Ehlo-Nance-Daugherty through the law firm of Phills-Mills-Hill), and I am attending the game on Thursday night.

That said, the Heat's biggest weakness is the inability to stop the point guard and the power interior player at the 4 or 5. The Cavs have 3 point guards who I think are all better than what Miami has to offer with Mo, Gibson and Sessions, however none are anywhere close to elite. As for an interior player, is JJ Hickson really going to give Bosh any trouble? IMO, no.

Miami is in trouble against Orlando or Boston in a 7 game series because both of those teams have strengths at the PG and PF/C positions that the Heat do not have answers for.

I want my Cavs to win this game badly. I want Lebron to twist an ankle and go 0-14 from the floor. It's not realistic. If the line is anywhere around -5/ -5.5, take the Heat. If the line is getting into the 8,9,10+, lay off it and find a better game to play.

I know it will be a hostile enviroment and the Cavs really want to win... but Lebron and the Heat want this game just as BAD. I'll take the team with motivation and more talent with the better defense and 2 of the best 3 players in the nba. I can see Lebron taking over in this game and driving to the rack all day. We all know when he goes to the hoop his game is almost unstoppable, and if I only have to give 2 or 3 possessions a - 4 or - 6 line. I'm all over the Heat for a few units, I'm not going to over bet anything.

no they do not!  there is one angle in this game that i guarantee you i am right about... Cleveland wants this way the fuck more than Miami...

yea, Lebron might want it bad... but what the hell do the rest of the Heat give a shit?

all of the motivation favors Cleveland in a big big way... very glad to see people aren't all jumping on the Cavs in this game... i will be lonesome at the cashier's window...
