Because as much as everything has gone their way in this game and that hasn't for the Celtics. You are still having to sweat them covering the spread right now. They won't blow it because the refs wont have that, but just the fact that its still this close tells a LOT of things about this series. The Lakers are going down


Whistles wont be like this in any other game

Both starting 5 on each team have 17 fouls that's pretty even isn't it!

When a team that lives by playing tough defense and makes stops, can't breath near a player, what team will have the advantage. The tough team or the finesse team?

The Celts have even gone to the line more how is that if the refs are giving the game to the Lakers.

Man,  all this refs stuff is gettin old,, Boston just not playing well tonight,, They have missed 8 layups that would normally go in 7 out of 10 times,, and they are not hustlin for the rebound as much as they normally should,, the team that wins is the team that plays better on that night,, and tonight its the lakers,

Agreed. Are we going to have to endure another whole series of fix and script threads? Anybody watching this game can see why the Lakers are winning, and it's not some foul call disparity, please.

No they are not, but the Lakers are playing better that's why they are winning. The Celts are not done its only game one but tonight LA is better.

ray allen was clearly removed from the series.

I think 3 of the fouls were touch fouls.

Totally messed up Boston's rhythm...and ray never really got into this game.

Hate fans of both teams but Boston fans are the worst. Before the Red Sox won the title a few years ago Boston fans couldn't stress enough how much more they have suffered than you and your team and how much they deserve it, even if you were a Clippers fan or a Cubs fan, of which I am neither.
