Did you bet on the Jazz and lose? Why the hate on Boozer?
He leans to get leverage on the bigger guys. If he doesn't lean then the opponent will back him down like nothing. Watch Perkins play the bigger centers, he leans to try and keep them out of the paint. If you want to hate on a Jazz player, it should be Kirilenko. He's being paid more than Boozer or Williams for sitting on the bench and when he isn't he usually sucks.

either Boozer needs to be taught how to be a small forward, or he needs to be teamed up with a massive front line... like with Durant at small forward to make up for his lack of height...
Boozer is pretty much a liability against certain teams because of his size... Lakers are such a team...

Boozer really doesn't deserve 10mil+/year playing the way he is and at this stage in his career. Clearly the Jizz can't predict the future but it would have been shitty for them if they didn't match Portland's offer on Milsap because he is the future and same build/height/frame as Boozer with more talent/production. Against the Lakers in LA Milsap had 26pts and 12rebs OFF THE BENCH. Ridiculous stats that were somehow overlooked. Milsap should be the guy although undersized, all they need is a center other than Okur that can bang and a legit SG and the Jizz will be NICE.

Beasley is listed at 6'10'' . I don't watch Miami too much so I can't tell you how far off that number is. Regardless, he and Boozer play completely different. Boozer plays more like a traditional big man while Beasley plays much more like a small forward. Now its possible Beasley will be forced to play like a big man when he gets older.

Boozer is a good player and part of Utah's success. Utah played with 3 shooters on the floor at any given time. Okur was one of their top scorers.
Thats a simple question- you should never play standing straight up- its not about who's taller, its about positioning and leveraging. That like asking why running backs don't run into the hole standing straight.

miami are doomed if boozer is their no 2 option after bosh who will only follow lebron. personally their no 3 option stoudemire is definetely the better option in free agency
boozer wants to play for miami (his hometown) badly so would he play for less - i doubt it - he just aint a max money guy
wade-boozer-johnson would just be a bad fit for 3 top free agents
maybe the heat will spread the money out more after trading beasley for cap room
something like : foye-wade-salmons-boozer-o'neal

Beasly has potential and is very athletic... the guy is really young so lets not hate on him yet..
As for Boozer, i think once he gets his big contract he will slack off like he has done in the past. He is injury prone and soon to be out of his prime. Bad move for any team giving him close to a max contract..
