Tony Parker  is OUT.  Without Parker, the Spurs' engine isn't running as smoothly.

Do not spend too much time capping this game.  The Lakers at +1 is a gift.  I believe Parker has scored 20 or more points in his last 5 games against the Lakers.  Well, GL with your plays.

Spurs are 7-3 (8-2 ATS) their last 10 without the man. I think George Hill is doing an incredible job out there.

Lakers 102, Spurs 101

Best I can tell is take the over 196.5 (which will probably soften-up by tip.)

But, the real reason I am posting is to tell placeholder that his avatar is awesome and that Hunter S. Thompson is the greatest journalist/writer of all time.

the problem is lakers often lose at the 1st game of a long schedule

ill take kobe any fucking day +1 versus anyone dont give a fuck if i lose, this guy is the closest thing to god since Jordan

the line is +1 because Andy Bynum is out and the Spurs r playing well

One of the best point guards in the NBA is out and you guys are treating like it's nothing.....lol

Since Parker's injury, the Spurs are 6-3. They lost all 3 games to contending teams in the Cavs, Magic, and Hawks.  The 6 wins are from Mickey Mouse team and one decent team as you can see below. The loss of Parker will hurt the Spurs when they play superior teams like the Lakers.

lakers are sleepwalking right now, while the spurs will be treating this game with more emphasis. as much as it pains me, i say spurs by 10+ tomorrow....
