I suggested to Covers that they have an "Ignore" feature where you can
choose to ignore an annoying or rude or foul-mouthed poster. Then they
just do not appear on your display or anywhere in any threads that you
visit. You can always un-ignore them in the future.
They replied:
Thank you for contacting Covers
Support.
We have not felt the need to
implement this feature on our site.
We appreciate your
feedback.

As a webmaster myself, I also sent them ideas on
how they could design the site to make it easier and more efficient to
browse through threads. Like, if we didn't have these avatars and big
boxes for our posts, you would be able to see many more posts at a
glance on a page.

Yeah, I got the same reply when I suggested a 30 day starter forum.
This would eliminate Touts and bashes and aliases because they would have to post 30 days in a starter forum before they are activated to all of the other forums.
