Sixers vs Orlando Series

Waiting to see Sixers Series odds against Orlando.  This will be upset of the NBA playoffs. The Sixers are more playoff battle tested than the Orlando.  Orlando does not have an avdantage in playoff experience they were swept by DET in 2007 an dominated by Toronto in 5 laste year.  The Rupaul of Big Men beat the Magic Sixers battled with an experienced Detroit team last year they were in every game.  Howard fades in playoffs. Sixers limp into playoff becuz of Thadeus injury a total different team when he is there. Once they take one in Disney, Magic will start pressing. Orlando plays minimal defense. Sixers in 6
 
Match-up
Thadeus becomes a star
Iggy will shut down Lewis/Turklogu
Miller will Skip to his Lou
Ratliff/Dumbert/Reggie Evans will hack up Howard
Bench Avdantage Lou Williams/Rookie Speights
 
Would love to catch this at +300 can't wait see what it is so I can pounce on it like I would a Naked Eva Mendes or a Cajun Rubbed Ribeye Pittsburgh Charred Medium.

odds arent out yet but sixers will be more then +300 id say they could be worth a shot at +400, but orlando probalby wins this series, a tough series wouldnt surprise me though.

You realize the season series was a sweep by the Magic...and you also realize that Howard plays for the magic, and not Dalembert?
 
I like the Magic in 5...b/c I think Iggy and Thaddeus go off one night in Philly

I was speaking relative to Orlando who laid two eggs in the last two playoffs. Sixers are scrappy and gritty.  I just think the approach will be not to double Howard let him get 30 an 20 an put the clamps on everyone else. I think no one on Orlando can create their own shot which is paramount in Playoffs that is why they struggled. Just my two cents.

Have you watched Philly play the last 8-10 games. Young was out, so i give you that, but they lose to Boston without KG, Allen, and other key players, and beat the Cavs by 1 without Lebron. You think that team wins 4 of the 7 games vs. Howard and the Magic.

orlando hasnt set the earth on fire either lately orlando has more talent and should win but id be surprised if this is a quick series

I will wait to see what odds are. I think both limped into playoffs I just think there is value. Trying to figure how you can book my bet would love to make you sweat the series.

I just actually put out a post and I'm totally on the other side of this.  I think you can get better value on many other series (including Chicago with Garnett out for that series). 
 
Philly has lost 6 of 7 with their one win coming against a Cleveland team resting their starters.  They have also lost 8 of the last 10 vs. Orlando.  Magic have tasted the playoffs for a couple years now and I think this is there year to make a move or AT LEAST win one series.  I don't know how Philly hangs.
 
Best of luck though!  At least you won't be laying the -600 or so juice on it like myself...

Laid an egg? They lost to the Pistons who were a higher seed and better team than they were last year.

I guess you have to make stuff up to convince yourself it's a good bet.

I'm not sure which series you were watching last year because the Magic quickly dispatched the Toronto Raptors last year in the opening round.

I mean I'm not really a fan of this Orlando team at all, but it wouldn't shock me to see them make it to the NBA Finals.  With KG going down, the door is wide open for them to do it.  They would not be able to beat the Celtics with a healthy Garnett.  It just wouldn't happen, they don't match up well enough against Boston.  But Orlando actually can beat the Cavs in a series.  If Jameer Nelson was healthy I think they would do it.  I don't trust Rafer Alston though.  Taking a flier on the Magic to win the East at 6-1 still might be worth a look.  Cleveland is so overrated.  They're not nearly as good as their record would lead you to believe.

After watching the Sixers barely beat the Cavs last 3 bench players w/ Wally and Boobie....I will put a chunckof my roll on Orl -10 and lower. They will get ANNILIATED in game 1. They have terrible coaching, terrible perimeter defense and they have no true defensive stopper to get that 1 stop when u need it most
