My pet peeve is when guys have a "pound bet" or a "big play" on a team and don't bother to articulate their reasons for the play.

I see a strength and motivational edge for Dallas, but I also see Dallas laying 9.5 points. So, why is this a big play?

I think Dallas will win, but I don't think they'll cover the spread. Dallas has always problems with the Warriors.

OK Hustler, let's see if I can help.

1. This is not a revenge game for Dallas. Each team won on its home court in two matchups this season.

2. This could be a play on GS roster changes. Nelson is committed to playing into his bench. This will probably be S Jackson's last game of the season, as he is playing with a hurt toe. Found this on NBA.com/fantasy:

Jackson's toe has been bothering him for over a year now. "I wanted to wait until the end of the season," Jackson said on Tuesday. "But everybody is noticing it's getting worse. It's time I take a good look at it. We're not going to be in this (lowly) position next season. We're going to need everybody healthy, and I don't want to go into next year not worrying about my toe." Jackson plans to play in Wednesday's game against Dallas and then go to Houston to get his toe examined by the Rockets team doctor on Friday. He has already ruled himself out for Saturday's game against Denver and could be out for the season. Anthony Randolph and Kelenna Azubuike should see increased minutes with Jackson out.

Dallas won by more than 10 pts against Washington, Toronto, Milwaukee and Sacramento, so they can do it... against bad teams.
