Do that but you won't need a LLC just a person you trust to bet with your BR or phone account.

You'll have to get a good lawyer because the new law that will probably pass has a section covering messenger betting and setting up an LLC may not shield you from the law but a INC or a CO may shield you but then you need board members and a whole bunch of other stuff and you won't be able to put a corp designation through on your personal tax returns

Messenger betting in Vegas is already illegal. An easy Google search will confirm this. The IRS has started to crack down on this over the last few years for big bettors. If you stay under the radar, you should be ok, but it's still illegal.

I'd do it for you, for a nominal fee.

Cantor gaming has a form you fill out that
allows someone else to make bets on your account.
I just had to go in and sign a form saying NO to it.
But if you say Yes then there is another form
granting them access to your account,
to make bets, deposit and withdraws
