At least they earn it. Much better than someone standing there with a cup begging for money. |

#8 Posted: 3/10/2013 10:55:23 PM Jesus, that shows how long I've actually walked the strip. When did they start allowing that garbage to go on? As a tourist, I guess I didn't mind it in any of the cities I've been to around the world, but I wouldn't have expected this city to allow it to go on. |

#9 Posted: 3/23/2013 5:29:16 AM Man, made multiple walking trips from the Harrah's to Paris (about 10 minute walk), and these characters just cracked me up so hard! I mean this in a positive way, nothing against them, but what's so funny to me is that their costumes are, how should I say this, 2nd-tier costumes. Some feature on all of those costumes is off, whether there's some kind of copyright law to where they have to have someone "off" with the costume so it's not a 100% accurate of the costumes, but man I kept laughing everytime I walked by one. |

#10 Posted: 3/23/2013 5:30:15 AM Dude selling bottled waters was a beast though. He's got his "iceeee-colllldddd-WATER" sales pitch down. It still rings in my head a week later. |

My fault, I meant something off. And yes, thanks Joey, the costumes are just weird in some way or another. |

Oh! Now that you mentioned it, there was a guy with a sign "$20 to kick me in the nuts." At least he's dreaming big by going for $20 instead of a buck or two! |

#15 Posted: 3/29/2013 9:35:03 AM These costume performers are making anywhere from $200-$500 a day depending on which character they are. You would never think it but its crazy how much they are getting paid. |
