They don't want you using it at the wagering counter and they prohibit the use of a cell phone to transmit wagering information. I don't know exactly what that means but I just keep it in my pocket when I'm around the counter. As far as WIFI, I have seen people with laptops and even asked a guy today about WIFI (at the Aria). He said he was logging into Aria's WIFI and didn't seem to have any problems. Not sure about other spots. That's something you can explore when you come out here.

During busy periods, I literally had to step outside to get reception, and even out there it was shitty. 3g won't work when you need it. I see people using laptops all the time in sportsbooks.

I see people with laptops and other electronic devices inside the books all the time. They just have rules that you cannot have them at the counter and you cannot transmit wagering information...whatever that means. I've been here almost two weeks now. Just behave yourself and no one f&@ks with you.
